The Grizzly House Menu

The Grizzly House menu is built around interaction and indulgence.

Hot rock steaks are served raw and cooked at your table. Classic cheese and chocolate fondues are designed for sharing. Alongside prime cuts of Alberta beef and fresh seafood, you’ll find wild game and exotic meats including ostrich, elk, bison, and rattlesnake.

It’s a dining experience that’s hands-on, unconventional, and uniquely Banff.
